Title VI of the Civil Rights Act Statement

CCCPT operates without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any person who believes that they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under federal civil rights law may file a formal complaint with CCPT utilizing the provided information/form above.

New York State Human Rights Law Statement

CCPT operations prohibits any discrimination on the basis of age, race, creed, color, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, disability, predisposing genetic characteristics, familial status, marital status, or status as a victim of domestic violence in accordance with the New York State Human Rights Law.

Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint against a driver/ staff of the bus facility please report it to the General Manager of Transit Management of Clinton County, Chris Raino, by calling (518)561-1452

If you have a complaint about Transit Management of Clinton County, or have a Title VI/ ADA Complaint (Title VI complaints are acts of discrimination based upon race, color or national origin. ADA Complaints are instances where you feel that CCPT has failed to provide services in alignment with ADA regulations set by the Federal Government), or would like to report a violation of NYS Human Rights Law please contact the Director of Planning, Shannon M. Thayer, by calling (518)561-1452 or by email at:ccpt@clintoncountyny.gov

If you do not feel that the Planning Department has satisfactorily responded to your complaint please direct your complaints to the County Administrator, Michael Zurlo, by calling the Legislative Office at (518)565-4600

If you feel that the County Legislative Office has not satisfactorily responded to your complaint please contact the New York State Department of Transportation's Public Transportation Bureau by calling (518)457-8335 or by email at: PublicTransportation@dot.ny.gov
